OUR ASSOCIATE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
We understand the positive impact our associates can have on the community, as well as the impact meaningful volunteer opportunities can have on our associates. Our J.Crew Cares volunteer program invites our associates around the globe to participate in community-based projects where they live and work. Since the launch of the J.Crew Cares volunteer program, our associates have donated over 70,000 hours of volunteer service to our communities around the globe.
YOU GIVE, WE GIVE: MATCHED CHARITABLE GIVING
The “You Give, We Give” Matching Fund has been set up to reinforce our associates’ individual support of causes that are near and dear to their hearts. We offer cash matches for their personal volunteer time or money given to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits of their choosing. Together, we have donated to hundreds of nonprofits around the world.
DISASTER RELIEF PROGRAM
Natural disasters happen, and unfortunately we have no way to predict when. The Associate Disaster Relief Bank is designed to provide associates with additional paid time off to deal with natural catastrophic events that directly impact the individual associate.

We are proud to partner with FABSCRAP—a nonprofit textile reuse and recycling resource. Throughout the year, our in-house teams that work with fabric—and we have a lot of them—give all our excess scraps to FABSCRAP who, in turn, shred them to create insulation, carpet padding, furniture lining, moving blankets, etc. Click here to find out more.
